2. Nature of Services
- Platform Role: Luxe Suite Collective provides physical co-working space and a digital platform for scheduling. We are not a healthcare provider. Medical services are provided solely by the independent Practitioners you book with.
- No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of this website does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Luxe Suite Collective.
3. User Accounts
- Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
- Booking: Clients may book appointments with Practitioners via the Platform. Availability is set by the Practitioner.
- Cancellations: Cancellation policies (and any associated fees) are determined by the specific Practitioner or the specific rental agreement you select. Please review the specific terms presented at checkout.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked appointment may result in a fee or suspension of booking privileges.
5. Payments
- Practitioners: Rental fees for suites (hourly/daily/monthly) are due as per the rental agreement.
- Clients: Payment for services rendered by a Practitioner may be facilitated through our Platform. We act only as a limited payment agent.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data (hacking).
- Upload false medical information or use the appointment system to harass Practitioners.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New York law:
- Luxe Suite Collective is not liable for any medical care, advice, or malpractice by Practitioners using our facilities.
- We are not liable for any data loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account if caused by your failure to secure your password.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, NY.
